What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Efficiently manage projects using Microsoft OneDrive, Microsoft SharePoint, and Taskray
- Define project scope, develop project plans, and track and report on progress
- Resolve operational issues impacting client use of Paylocity systems
- Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to drive solutions and improve client satisfaction
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience
- 5-7 years of project management or technical account management experience
- Previous client services and client-facing experience
- Excellent project and time management skills
- Advanced skill set in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP and other functions
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience with HCM or payroll service bureau
- Proven knowledge of the majority of the Paylocity HCM suite
- Experience with product training and instructional design
- Ability to influence stakeholders without authority to achieve deliverables
- Excellent soft skills to interact with C-Level executives
