What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring effective communication and support
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services to assist customers effectively
- Facilitate interdepartmental communication to enhance client service and satisfaction
- Identify and escalate customer issues to the appropriate personnel for resolution
- Collaborate with sales teams to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1 to 2 years of experience in customer relations or a related field
- High School Diploma or GED
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and SAP
- Excellent customer service and time management skills
