      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead communication processes with clients, addressing technical accounting and product inquiries
      - Manage client escalations using customer service and problem-solving skills
      - Guide clients through product changes and follow up on resolutions
      - Prepare and explain add-on billing charges and process client terminations
      - Deliver high-quality bookkeeping and tax services to a diverse portfolio of clients

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must be 18 years of age or older
      - Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance, or equivalent experience
      - Minimum of 3 years of progressive bookkeeping experience in a multi-client environment
      - Minimum of 3 years of client servicing experience handling tasks for small business owners
      - Proficient knowledge of QuickBooks Online (QBO) and excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Certification in QuickBooks Online (QBO) highly desired
      - Skills in problem-solving, process improvement, and critical thinking
      - Ability to work autonomously in a remote environment
      - Experience in creating an inclusive workplace culture
