      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead communication processes with clients, addressing technical accounting, product, pricing, and process inquiries
      - Manage and prevent client escalations using customer service and problem-solving skills
      - Effectively guide clients through product changes and follow up on resolutions
      - Prepare and explain add-on billing charges and process client terminations
      - Deliver high-quality bookkeeping and tax services to a diverse portfolio of clients

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must be 18 years of age or older
      - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance, or equivalent experience
      - Proficient knowledge of QuickBooks Online (QBO); certification highly desired
      - 3 years of progressive bookkeeping experience in a multi-client environment
      - 3 years of client servicing experience handling tasks of various complexity for small business owners

      - Strong understanding of small business accounting and tax services
      - Superior verbal and written communication skills with the ability to read an audience
      - Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook, and Teams
      - Skills in problem-solving, process improvement, and critical thinking
      - Ability to create an inclusive workplace where everyone feels a sense of belonging
