      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead communication processes with clients, addressing technical accounting, product, pricing, and process questions
      - Manage client escalations and leverage problem-solving skills to enhance customer satisfaction
      - Guide clients through product changes and follow up on resolutions
      - Process client terminations and prepare billing charges
      - Deliver high-quality bookkeeping and tax services to a diverse portfolio of clients

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must be 18 years of age or older
      - Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance, or equivalent experience
      - Minimum of 3 years of progressive bookkeeping experience in a multi-client environment
      - Minimum of 3 years of client servicing experience for small business owners
      - Proficient knowledge of QuickBooks Online (QBO) and excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Certification in QuickBooks Online (QBO)
      - Strong problem-solving skills and experience in process improvement
      - Ability to work independently in an autonomous environment
      - Skills in critical thinking and prioritization
      - Experience creating an inclusive workplace culture
