- Contribute to building and fostering strong relationships between Red Cross and Iovance, to meet their shifting and growing research and commercial needs.
- Manage orders through Connect, address client concerns, complaints, and billing issues.
- Communicate additional client needs to appropriate internal groups (e.g., Product leadership, Process, Sales, etc.) for consideration.
- Conduct or participate in client and client need-related internal meetings.
- Support the development of shareable content tailored to business initiatives and products for platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook.
- Monitor engagement metrics, identify trends, and refine strategies based on insights.
- Coordinate with internal teams for content approval and alignment with business objectives.
- Design and roll out internal training materials related to new or updated products and services (e.g., new employees as well as new products/services.)
- Revise existing training content to reflect changes in products or services.
- Coordinate logistics for business conferences, including scheduling and materials preparation.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for vendors and conference organizers.
- Support content for presentations or booths and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Maintain a detailed roster of attendees and follow up as necessary, including pre- and post-conference messaging.
- Create and manage a centralized directory for business development content within Salesforce, ensuring resources are accessible and well-organized.
- Regularly update content to reflect new products, services, and business initiatives.
- Work with teams to ensure Salesforce content is aligned with overall business development goals.
- Assist in developing surveys or feedback mechanisms to gather client insights on satisfaction, product performance, and future needs.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to help drive business decisions and improve customer satisfaction.
- Follow up with leads from conferences and other touchpoints to ensure opportunities are pursued and customer needs are met.
- Conduct regular audits of business development and marketing materials to ensure they are up-to-date, accurate, and aligned with current business objectives.
- Make recommendations for content improvements or updates based on audit findings.
- Collaborate with other departments (Sales, Product, etc.) to ensure consistent messaging and alignment across initiatives.
- Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail, particularly with content management and logistics.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in business development, marketing, and conference management.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience required. Experience in life sciences, healthcare, biotechnology, or pharmaceutical industries and in client-facing roles preferred.
- Experience with client and account management, operational collaboration, and strong problem-solving skills required, with life science technical communication skills preferred.
- Demonstrated proficiency with the full Microsoft Office suite of products, including Excel, is required.
- Ability to work on a team.

Job Summary:

The salary range for this position is: $75,000 - $85,000

While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to handle or feel, and talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to stand, walk and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 15 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 30 pounds. Depending on work assignment, may require ordinary ambulatory skills sufficient to visit other locations. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. The work environment will consist of moderate noise (i.e., business office with computers, phones, and printers, light traffic). The employee must have the ability to work in a small cubicle and have the ability to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period of time. Overall mobility is essential. May also include driving a vehicle and working under challenging conditions.
