      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and execute an annual Territory Plan for assigned accounts
      - Manage and deploy selling resources effectively within the territory
      - Track opportunity management and forecasting while maintaining competitive awareness
      - Create strategies to increase sales and profitability for assigned customers
      - Conduct won/loss reporting and communicate client needs and market conditions

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or equivalent experience
      - 5+ years of sales/engineering experience in the rotating equipment industry, specifically with turbo/reciprocating/steam applications
      - Strong ability to build client relationships at all levels
      - Excellent listening skills and a positive attitude in challenging situations
      - Proven organizational skills, including time management and report writing

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - More than 5 years of experience may be considered for a higher-level position
      - Experience in closing business opportunities effectively
      - Familiarity with travel requirements within the territory of major accounts
