      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Collaborate with client-facing roles and communicate effectively with internal clients regarding requests and employee data
      - Ensure client needs are met by providing timely and complete reporting
      - Review and analyze data for accuracy and reasonableness
      - Research unusual or complex situations to provide timely resolutions to clients and business partners
      - Develop extensive knowledge of the employer's recordkeeping system and processes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or equivalent required
      - Minimum of 2 years of related work experience
      - Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with analytical and problem-solving abilities
      - Proven understanding of accounting and recordkeeping systems
      - Preferred experience with PC applications such as Excel, Express, IBPM, and Salesforce

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working with a variety of retirement products (DC, DB, ESOPs, and KSOPs)
      - Familiarity with plan and contract documents, manuals, and procedures
