What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle approximately 50-75 calls daily in a professional call center environment
- Build and maintain client relationships while providing excellent customer service
- Achieve a quality score of 90% or above on calls
- Maintain detailed documentation of client interactions in a paperless database system
- Address client concerns and complaints, using good judgment to escalate urgent issues

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma; Degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Customer service and call center experience
- Minimum typing speed of 40 WPM
- Proficiency in computer technology and the Internet, including MS Office Outlook
- Strong communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in Social Security Disability Law or other disability/medical background
- Previous roles as a Legal Assistant, Legal Secretary, Paralegal, or similar
- Bilingual in Spanish
- Ability to work remotely, with a suitable home office setup
