What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Analyze client requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- Conduct thorough quality checks and validations to ensure data accuracy and integrity
- Own client jobs, ensuring timely execution and identifying areas for process improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver value to clients
- Develop, test, and deploy T-SQL scripts to support various client projects
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Undergraduate degree
- Experience with relational databases
- Minimum of 1 to 3 years of industry experience in data analytics or healthcare
- Proficiency and hands-on experience using T-SQL in a Microsoft SQL Server environment
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in descriptive statistics and/or the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry
- Strong problem-solving skills and proactive approach to issues
- Experience in a client-facing role is a plus
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
- Experience in SSIS is a plus but not required
