What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Prepare and complete IRS Forms SS-4 for Employer Identification Numbers
- Organize and draft IRS Forms 8832 for Entity Classification Elections
- Register client entities on the IRS FATCA Registration System to obtain Global Intermediary Identification Numbers (GIINs)
- Monitor co-sourcing client in-boxes and correspond with clients’ investors for necessary forms
- Maintain detailed trackers of investor contact and statuses, and perform special projects as assigned
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred
- At least 2 years of accounting work experience
- Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently
- Must maintain current required licenses and certifications relevant to the field of expertise
- Proficient use of applicable technology

- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
