What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist potential clients in identifying the best solutions for their genealogy research needs
- Respond to warm sales leads and sell company services via phone and email
- Establish and maintain relationships with potential clients
- Meet individual and team sales goals while contributing to the sales team's success
- Handle additional tasks as needed to support the team
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in professional or consulting services
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proven ability to meet key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales goals
- Experience with CRM and pipeline management
- Must have a quiet workspace with a computer and fast internet connection
