What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Build strong relationships with clients to support their mental health needs through utilization of the employer's products
- Manage and resolve day-to-day customer inquiries, including eligibility, invoicing, and member support
- Support implementations and customer operations by managing action items and timely client communications
- Identify opportunities to expand client engagement with the employer's products
- Generate and analyze client-level reporting on member engagement and clinical outcomes
What is Required (Qualifications):
- At least 1 year of enterprise account management experience
- Strong problem resolution skills with the ability to engage various stakeholders
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage deadlines and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Interest in healthcare, health tech, and mental health with a passion for improving lives
