      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and deliver comprehensive onboarding plans to new customers, ensuring understanding of the employer's value through solutions and products
      - Drive account growth by identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities, managing renewals, and negotiating contracts
      - Deliver strategic guidance and technical troubleshooting for enterprise marketing platforms to maximize ROI for clients
      - Collaborate with sales and delivery teams to ensure smooth transitions and resolve customer issues efficiently
      - Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders, including C-suite executives

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 8+ years of experience in MarTech consulting, digital analytics strategy, or similar client-facing technical roles
      - Deep understanding of digital marketing platforms such as Google Analytics and Google Marketing Platform
      - Proven track record of growing accounts and managing client relationships that drive revenue
      - Strong business acumen with the ability to engage confidently with executives
      - Exceptional presentation skills to articulate the business value of technical solutions

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with Consumer Data Platforms (CDPs) and Marketing Data Warehouses (MDWs)
      - Expertise in mobile app tracking, particularly with Google Analytics for Firebase
      - Background in creating thought leadership content like white papers and case studies
      - Knowledge of digital privacy and data governance frameworks
