      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as the primary point of contact for aligned Advertiser clients, ensuring strong relationships
      - Oversee account strategy and performance, focusing on Retail Media while supporting Paid Search and Paid Social
      - Communicate progress of initiatives to stakeholders and track key account metrics
      - Identify growth opportunities within the customer base and collaborate with sales teams
      - Lead a team of Client Success Managers, ensuring client goals are exceeded

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - B.A. or B.S.; MBA preferred
      - 5+ years of experience in enterprise client services, account management, or client-facing technical project management
      - Proven record of managing and growing strategic advertiser or agency relationships
      - Strong understanding of performance marketing across eCommerce, search, and social
      - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with Skai or comparable performance marketing platforms
      - Amazon, Google, and/or Meta certifications a plus
