      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as the main point of contact for aligned agency clients
      - Develop trusted advisor relationships with key stakeholders and agency executives
      - Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs
      - Identify and grow opportunities within the customer base in collaboration with sales teams
      - Lead and manage a team of Client Success Managers to exceed client goals

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - B.A. or B.S.; MBA preferred
      - Minimum of 5 years of experience in enterprise client services or account management
      - Proven record of managing and growing strategic advertiser or agency relationships
      - Strong understanding of performance marketing across ecommerce, search, and social
      - Excellent communication and presentation skills, particularly with executive-level stakeholders

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with Skai or comparable performance marketing platforms
      - Amazon, Google, and/or Meta certifications
      - Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
