      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead and manage strategic relationships with key agency partners to enhance satisfaction and retention
      - Maximize dollar retention within the assigned client portfolio while minimizing churn
      - Serve as the primary contact for agency clients, coordinating all requests and inquiries
      - Collaborate with internal teams on managed service opportunities and data science projects
      - Conduct regular business reviews with key accounts, providing insights and recommendations

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 3 years of experience in media and client services/account management
      - Familiarity with programmatic digital media buying and various advertising platforms
      - Proven track record of driving revenue retention and identifying expansion opportunities
      - Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field
      - Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent time management abilities

      - Experience in an advertising/media agency setting
      - Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite
      - Exceptional relationship-building skills with a collaborative mindset
