      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, aligning technology with their goals to improve operational efficiency and financial performance
      - Facilitate client implementations, updates, enhancements, and issue resolution
      - Partner with Customer Support, Optimization, Product, and Development teams to resolve tickets and enhancement requests
      - Evaluate client use of Claims and Contract Manager product suite, recommending best practices and configuration improvements
      - Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) showcasing ROI, adoption metrics, and strategic opportunities

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 5+ years of experience in healthcare IT and revenue cycle management
      - 3+ years of hands-on experience with Contract Manager and Claim Scrubber solutions
      - 1+ year of expertise with AI from a Claims perspective (pre and post adjudication)
      - Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM tools
      - Bachelor’s degree

      - Willingness to accommodate travel up to 20-25% to client sites
