What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and understanding of their needs
- Analyze and review client performance data using tools like Google Analytics to track key metrics
- Prepare and present monthly analytics reports with actionable insights for clients
- Collaborate with internal marketing and sales teams to develop optimal strategies for client success
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to enhance satisfaction and retention
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on Account Management or client-facing experience, preferably in a legal marketing agency
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- Solid digital marketing expertise, including experience in SEO, paid media, and social media
- Proficiency with Content Management Systems (CMS) such as WordPress
- Genuine passion for client success and providing exceptional service
