      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Own case progression from intake to resolution, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows
      - Conduct regular case reviews with attorneys to meet deadlines and keep cases on track
      - Communicate consistently with clients and attorneys, providing updates and anticipating issues
      - Identify and resolve bottlenecks or obstacles creatively to enhance case efficiency
      - Collaborate with internal teams to push client cases forward and improve operational efficiency

      What is Required (Qualifications):

      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, adaptable to professional and approachable tones
      - Proven ability to thrive in high-volume, fast-paced environments with exceptional time management skills
      - Experience using technology and integrating new tools into workflows
      - Strong relationship-building skills to earn trust with clients and attorneys

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Legal experience in filings, court procedures, or family law
      - Bilingual in English and Spanish or possess a Legal Document Preparer Certificate
