      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Drive the success, growth, and retention of clients by enhancing programmatic resource integration
      - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor
      - Meet annual retention and growth goals while managing account KPIs
      - Provide ongoing assessment of client risk and communicate findings to management
      - Execute the complete post-sale client experience, focusing on process improvement and issue resolution

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - BS/BA degree and/or 3+ years of successful customer service/sales experience
      - Proven track record of retaining and growing an installed base of clients
      - Strong ability to communicate complex information in an understandable manner
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
      - Experience with CRM software (Salesforce/HubSpot)

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in nursing higher education, EdTech, SaaS, and/or healthcare
      - Strong aptitude for planning, account management, and process execution
      - Insatiable learner with a desire to deeply understand the industry and product portfolio
