      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, building strong relationships with key stakeholders
      - Lead Executive Business Reviews (EBRs) and conduct product demonstrations to showcase value
      - Monitor and analyze customer health metrics to identify risks and opportunities for engagement
      - Develop strategic plans to ensure successful contract renewals and increase customer loyalty
      - Conduct training sessions and webinars to educate customers on new features and best practices

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 4-5 years of experience in customer success, account management, or related roles, preferably in a SaaS or cybersecurity environment
      - Familiarity with cybersecurity tools (e.g., Wiz, Orca, Rapid7, Qualys)
      - Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
      - Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving
      - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with configuring and managing enterprise applications
      - Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously
