What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the primary point of contact for operational contacts, ensuring excellent customer service and relationship management
- Strategically focus on client success and retention, utilizing data to monitor client relationship health
- Own forecasting and prioritization for client renewals and identify new business opportunities
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to drive long-term healthy client relationships
- Create referenceable customers through case studies and stay informed about industry trends
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and work experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a client-facing role, such as Client Success, account management, or consulting
- Proven business experience with demonstrated technical capabilities
- Experience working with mortgage lenders is highly preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction
