      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as the primary point of contact for key operational contacts, ensuring ongoing excellent customer service and relationship management
      - Monitor and assess the health of client relationships through data and direct engagement, driving utilization of product features
      - Own forecasting and prioritization for client renewals, identifying new business opportunities
      - Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to enhance client experience and satisfaction
      - Create referenceable customers through case studies and speaking engagements while staying informed about industry trends

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and work experience
      - At least 3 years of experience in a client-facing role such as Client Success, account management, consulting, or client services
      - Proven business experience with demonstrated technical capabilities
      - Strong skills in creating and delivering persuasive proposals and presentations
      - Ability to execute commercial transactions, including pitching, negotiating, and closing deals

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working with mortgage lenders highly preferred
      - Passionate about enhancing client experience and dedicated to customer satisfaction
      - Skilled in synthesizing complex information and presenting it clearly
      - Naturally curious and investigative with effective problem-solving abilities
      - Comfortable interacting with contacts at all organizational levels
