What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Build strong, consultative relationships with employer clients to support mental health initiatives
- Manage enrollment marketing and campaign planning to enhance program awareness among client populations
- Prepare reports and lead monthly/quarterly client meetings, ensuring timely follow-ups
- Collaborate cross-functionally to address client requests and identify up-sell opportunities
- Analyze and present program engagement metrics to demonstrate value to clients
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 4+ years of enterprise account management experience with senior stakeholders
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to coordinate effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to influence key stakeholders and drive decisions proactively
- Attention to detail and ownership of account success metrics
- Proficiency in creating presentations and analyzing data, with familiarity in Looker and Salesforce preferred
