      This Is What You’ll Do:

      • Serve as a consultative liaison and the primary point of escalation/engagement with specific client accounts to protect and grow revenue of the account
      • Proactively monitor volumes and revenue to ensure the treatment strategy is appropriate and to identify/ascertain reasons for and address significant fluctuations
      • Act as a customer advocate to drive improvement in the customer and candidate experience across the business
      • Represent Sterling well to ensure process consistency and operational efficiency wherever possible
      • Act as a subject matter expert to drive proactive changes in your account base, to maximize both internal efficiency and customer satisfaction
      • Identify opportunities for revenue growth on existing customers through assigned book of business
      • Liaise with client facing teams around the world to support growth of accounts with a global footprint
      • Conduct Business Reviews
      • Share best business practices with clients
      • identify potential opportunities and follow through with existing partners
      • Act as one-stop-shop for existing partners, providing day to day support and expert guidance to keep programs running smoothly
      • No suspension in the last 6 months
      • No active CAP written warning on file
      • No attendance issues (no active written warning on file) and zero instance of No Call/No Show
      • Must have a performance rating of at least 2.0/Successful in the most recent performance review
      • Must have at least 1 year tenure in his/her current role (if applicant is from a different department) or at least 6 months tenure if coming from the same department/LOB

      • Able to adapt to quickly changing situations while maintaining personal integrity and corporate values
      • Actively looks for new upsell/cross-sell strategies for assigned customers
      • Strong attitude towards learning and development
      • Passionate about building and maintaining successful client relationships
      • A self-starter and have an ability to see the process through from start to finish
      • Ability to work well under pressure with time-sensitive projects
      • Ability to prioritize tasks and respond/escalate appropriately
      • Possess exceptional follow-up skills and is able to resolve issues quickly, effectively, and independently
      • Capable of handling client calls and e-mails day to day
      • Excellent presentation skills and able to represent Sterling in front of a customer virtually or in person
      • Exceptional critical thinking and analytical skills to understand data, to drive effective strategies for customers
      • Moderate to High aptitude in using tools like Excel, Powerpoint, and Salesforce
