What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Engage with customers through inbound calls, addressing inquiries and providing product and service guidance
- Deliver efficient resolutions for client situations, managing cases from research to communication of solutions
- Identify opportunities to enhance clients' financial success and collaborate with Financial Consultants
- Work with internal partners to resolve complex client requests
- Conduct proactive outbound calls to communicate resolutions or gather additional information
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must reside within a 90-mile radius of approved branch sites: Sacramento, Folsom, Roseville
- Series 7 certification required
- Series 63 certification or ability to obtain within 90 days
- 2-3 years of previous financial services experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
