      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Implement the Indigenous-Led Climate Initiatives Fund and Seattle's Environmental Justice Fund
      - Build collaborative partnerships to inform the Climate Action Plan Update
      - Coordinate and manage the granting work of the Environmental Justice Fund and provide technical support to awardees
      - Communicate and engage with community members and stakeholders with cultural competence and respect
      - Anticipate needs and ensure follow-through on project assignments

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Three years of experience in planning and research related to public health, land use, urban economics, human services, environmental issues, conservation, urban planning, community development, or related fields
      - OR two years of experience in planning and research plus an associate's degree in relevant disciplines
      - OR one year of experience in planning and research plus a bachelor's degree in relevant disciplines
      - Strong project/program coordination skills with attention to detail
      - Experience in engaging and building relationships with diverse partners

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Lived or work experience with Indigenous people or Urban Natives
      - Advanced knowledge of Environmental/Climate Justice work
      - Experience creating communication materials that provide clear directions to support partners' needs
      - Proven ability to coordinate complex projects and use evaluation loops to improve processes
      - Experience in supporting RFP cycles, contracting, and compliance for grant awardees
