- Lead the day-to-day operation and coordination of patient care services
- Lead the clinic to improve patient, provider, and staff satisfaction
- Identify opportunities to increase quality, safety, effectiveness, and efficiency
- Identify indicators to measure, evaluation, and improve patient care
- Develop a strong, collaborative relationship with the Site Medical Director, Clinic Operations Manager, and all Clinic Managers
- Assure that patient-family centered care is provided within clinic
- Maintain transparent communication. Appropriately communicate organization information through clinic meetings, morning huddles, one-on-one meetings and appropriate email, teams and regular interpersonal communication
- Foster a spirit of teamwork and unity among clinic staff that allows for the appreciation of diversity as well as cohesiveness, support, and working together to enable each employee to succeed
- Maintain positive working relationships with staff, managers, directors and providers
- Direct and evaluate the clinic workforce in terms of overall staffing of the clinic
- Staff call outs, vacations, leave of absences
- Recruit staff members who are in congruence with service excellence and quality patient care
- Lead employees to meet the organizations expectations for productivity, quality, continuous improvement, and goal accomplishment
- Oversee the completion and monitoring of staff competencies
- Engage in ongoing feedback to the effectiveness of staff members in their roles
- Monthly 1:1 meeting with all staff members
- Semi-annual review & annual review of employees
- Identify and establish learning opportunities for employees
- Provide facility management/oversight as defined by operations
- Participate in renovation and facility planning
- Evaluate and manage clinic stock in conjunction with Clinic Operations Manager

- Demonstrated track record of meeting the needs of both staff and patients by taking actions and making decisions that are patient centered and customer service focused
- Must be 18 years of age or older

The Clinic Manager is responsible for leading the daily operational and administrative functions in a clinic setting. The position provides direction and leadership to ensure all Allegro standards are met while improving the work life of providers and staff. Principal responsibilities include operations, managing of staff and resources, and maintaining compliance with all policies, procedures, and regulations. The role supports the delivery of patient and family focused care. The clinic manager serves as a resource within Allegro and facilitates communication, coordination, and collaboration among all staff within the organization.
