      As a Clinic Manager for Swope Health at our KidsCARE Tenney Pediatrics clinic, you will supervise and be part of a team of caregivers to provide care for the people who need it most. The Clinic Manager responsible is responsible for oversight of all operational aspects within the clinic(s) with the goals of providing an optimal patient experience, delivering high quality care, and controlling costs. The Clinic Manager serves as a liaison between medical staff and other clinical staff coordinating the day-to-day operation of clinic services. If you have a passion for working with a team of dedicated caregivers to make care visible every day, this role is for you.

      Successful Candidates will have:

      • Current LPN or RN licensure required. Licensed in Missouri; Dual license preferred in MO & KS.
      • 3-5 years leadership experience in ambulatory care.
      • Ability to establish effective working relationships with patients and multi-disciplinary staff
      • Associates must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 or obtain an approved exemption for vaccination accommodation based on a medical condition or sincerely held religious belief.
