In this role you will be responsible for assisting with the development, management, and promotion of clinical technologies to include Electronic Health Records through best practice design, end user support, and implementation trainings. You’ll be a key player in establishing the clinical technologies used at Senior Lifestyle. You’ll bring knowledge of clinical best practices to the design and enhancement of Electronic Medical Records. Your enthusiasm for technology and healthcare will motivate paper centered users to embrace the clinical technologies.

      Job Description

      Salary Rate: $96,000

      • Establish and build key partnerships with operations leaders
      • Promote the use of technology in clinical roles
      • Provide support to end users
      • Facilitate training on clinical technologies to support large scale implementations
      • Work closely with system analyst(s) to develop system enhancements to improve user experience and embed clinical best practices
      • Understand clinical data metrics and create specialized reporting
      • Perform audits to ensure quality of data
      • Create documentation in support of any newly developed enhancements or changes to business practices
      • Continue education; stay on top of emerging trends and technologies

      Qualifications

      Level of Formal Education: Bachelors preferred or work-related experience
      Area of Study: Nursing
      Years of Experience: 3+ years
      Type of Experience: Clinical implementation
      Language Skills: Articulate communicator with excellent skills in English, both written and verbal
      Skills and Ability: Clinical expertise specializing in Senior Housing
      Information Systems: Electronic Health Records / Medication Management
      Personal Attributes: Creative, Detail Oriented
