      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Analyze workflows and assess system needs and requirements for clinical systems
      - Plan, design, and test systems and interfaces while coordinating with relevant personnel
      - Train end-users and provide documentation and troubleshooting support during systems implementation
      - Act as a liaison between physicians and clinical area end users
      - Participate in on-call rotations as required

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or an ancillary clinical discipline or equivalent knowledge and experience
      - Minimum of five (5) years of MIS and/or clinical experience, including three (3) years in a similar position
      - Experience supporting Epic and/or other healthcare information systems
      - Proficiency in PC-based computer skills, including spreadsheet and word processing applications
      - Must obtain Epic certification; CPHMIS or ANA Nursing Informatics Certification preferred

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Technical/programming experience
      - Experience in a healthcare information systems support role
      - Knowledge of additional healthcare software systems
      - Previous involvement in clinical workflows and system analysis
