      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist in developing, configuring, and maintaining clinical application systems
      - Support existing clinical information technology systems, including maintenance and troubleshooting
      - Analyze system needs and investigate solutions, presenting recommendations to senior analysts and management
      - Serve as a liaison between system vendors and internal users, as well as other IS partners
      - Work on all phases of applications systems analysis, programming, configuration, testing, and troubleshooting with minimal supervision

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of three years of experience in clinical application support or Healthcare Information Technology with an Associate Degree, or five years of clinical experience
      - Minimum of five years of experience in clinical application support or Healthcare Information Technology without an Associate Degree, or seven years of clinical experience
      - Must obtain EPIC credential through either certification or accreditation within 12 weeks of completing Epic training

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with clinical application support in a healthcare environment
      - Familiarity with industry requirements and business implications of technology solutions
      - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
      - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
      - Excellent communication skills to liaise with various stakeholders
