What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide technical and clinical instruction during the ultrasound sales and post-sale process to internal and external customers
- Perform ultrasound product demonstrations and provide post-installation training to customers' clinical staff
- Support industry trade shows and professional conferences with clinical and technical assistance
- Monitor customer installations to ensure satisfaction and compliance with company policies
- Collaborate with product management and service teams to improve product performance based on field feedback
What is Required (Qualifications):
- RDMS certification required; must possess excellent knowledge of technical and clinical aspects of diagnostic ultrasound
- 6-10 years of clinical ultrasound experience in various imaging applications
- Experience supporting the Radiology Commercial Market
- Strong presentation skills and the ability to train customers at all levels
- Must be self-driven and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- RVT certification required; RDCS certification desired
- Previous commercial experience as a Clinical Applications Specialist
- Budget, expense, and resource management experience
- Strong market knowledge and competitive attitude
- Proficient in 2D and Color Doppler across applications
