What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide technical and clinical leadership during the pre-sales process by demonstrating ultrasound products to drive revenue
- Coordinate and execute objective-based system training for customers and monitor training outcomes
- Serve as a subject matter expert in Point of Care Ultrasound and support the sales team in strengthening customer relationships
- Develop training plans and strategies that support new product assimilation and ongoing customer needs
- Maintain detailed pre and post-training documentation in line with global guidance
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must reside in the Minneapolis area
- Associate degree or equivalent with 3+ years of technical/clinical industry experience; must have ARDMS and RDMS certification with at least 2 ARDMS certifications
- Deep understanding of clinical education training and process implementation
- Demonstrated ability to communicate complex information effectively to diverse audiences
- Willingness to travel extensively (90+%) within the U.S.
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT) or Registered Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) preferred
