What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide technical and clinical instruction during the ultrasound sales and post-sale process to internal and external customers
- Conduct ultrasound product demonstrations and provide post-installation training to clinical staff
- Support industry trade shows and professional conferences by offering clinical and technical assistance
- Collaborate with product management and service teams to improve product performance based on field feedback
- Monitor customer installations to ensure satisfaction and compliance with company policies
What is Required (Qualifications):
- RDMS certification required; extensive knowledge of diagnostic ultrasound
- Minimum 6-10 years of clinical ultrasound experience in various applications
- Experience supporting the Radiology Commercial Market
- Strong presentation skills and ability to provide clinical training to customers
- Must be self-driven with excellent verbal and written communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- RVT certification and RDCS certification desired
- Previous commercial experience as a Clinical Applications Specialist
- Familiarity with Elastography, Fusion, and CEUS
- Strong market knowledge and competitive attitude
- Experience in budget, expense, and resource management
