      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Coordinate with the clinical team for OASIS review and plan of care development
      - Educate staff on OASIS documentation in accordance with CMS guidelines
      - Conduct case conferences to evaluate appropriateness of ordered disciplines and develop care plans
      - Review and evaluate patient cases, providing guidance to clinicians for quality home care service delivery
      - Assist in planning and implementing in-service and continuing education programs

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Registered nurse with current licensure to practice in California
      - OASIS certification required prior to starting the position
      - Minimum of two years of experience conducting quality OASIS reviews in a home health setting
      - Graduate of a National League for Nursing accredited school of nursing; BSN preferred
      - Demonstrated experience in star measures and value-based purchasing

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with Home Care Home Base (HCHB) is preferred
      - Strong observation, verbal, and written communication skills
