What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide expert guidance on utilization management (UM) and care management (CM) applications, resolving clinical issues
- Collaborate with product management and development teams to recommend system enhancements based on clinical trends
- Develop and deliver training for staff and clients on new features and clinical workflows
- Assist sales teams in lead generation, pre-sale evaluations, and product demonstrations
- Create detailed documentation on product configurations and clinical workflows
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years of clinical experience in payer or integrated health systems, with direct UM/CM expertise
- 2+ years in the healthcare software industry, preferably with UM/CM platforms
- Degree in Nursing (RN) or related healthcare field; advanced certifications (e.g., CCM, CPUM) a plus
- Strong understanding of federal/state regulations (e.g., CMS, HIPAA) and payer programs
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills to identify innovative solutions
