      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Accurately abstract clinical data from electronic health records in compliance with established standards
      - Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure data accuracy and timely submission
      - Identify and track trends related to patient care and clinical outcomes
      - Resolve discrepancies in clinical data and communicate findings to management
      - Utilize medical terminology knowledge to extract relevant facts from records

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience
      - Minimum of one year of experience in healthcare or a related field
      - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
      - Excellent written and oral communication skills
      - Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with clinical data abstraction or registry management
      - Familiarity with electronic health record systems, particularly EPIC
      - Knowledge of cardiovascular disease and related interventions
