      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Collect and maintain clinical data through review of medical records and discussions with healthcare personnel
      - Ensure accurate and timely data entry into the registry repository system
      - Participate in the analysis of patient outcomes and trends for quality assurance
      - Collaborate with hospital staff to gather necessary data for physician reviews
      - Develop and implement processes to ensure data validation and integrity

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Graduation from an accredited school of nursing
      - Licensure as a Registered Nurse in Georgia or through the Enhanced Nurse Licensure Compact
      - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical specialty area
      - Knowledge of research principles, methodologies, and study design
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including skills in data organization and analysis

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with time and attendance systems, especially API
      - Level 4 NICU experience highly preferred
      - Familiarity with shared documents in OneDrive
      - Proficient in navigating Epic software for clinical documentation
      - Strong analytical skills and ability to exercise independent judgment in medical summaries
