      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop effective territory planning and strategies with the Territory Business Leader to meet/exceed territory goals
      - Execute clinical selling strategies and facilitate product education for users of the employer's products
      - Drive healthcare provider adoption by promoting clinical benefits through impactful product demonstrations
      - Communicate user feedback cross-functionally to enhance product development and optimize user experience
      - Participate in conventions and educational forums to increase product awareness and manage leads in the customer relations database

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Demonstrated history of high performance in previous roles
      - Excellent presentation and communication skills with the ability to respond to real-time questions from patients and healthcare providers
      - Strong data analysis, evaluation, and problem-solving skills
      - Knowledge of diabetes products and therapies; must reside within the assigned geography
      - Valid driver's license and ability to travel extensively within the territory

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Proven success in the medical device industry, particularly in meeting clinical metrics
      - Experience in developmental and leadership roles such as field sales trainer or mentor
      - Participation in industry conferences and conventions (e.g., ADA, ADCES)
      - Demonstrated career progression into roles with increased responsibility
      - Strategic problem-solving experience and success in sales or partnership with sales teams
