      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct concurrent and retrospective reviews of inpatient medical records to ensure appropriate documentation
      - Facilitate accurate physician documentation to reflect patient severity of illness and risk of mortality
      - Collect and analyze data on report completion timeliness to assist physicians in compliance with regulations
      - Verify correct admission types and address any discrepancies promptly
      - Direct clinical documentation improvement initiatives and ensure timely reviews of inpatient records

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
      - RHIA or RHIT Certification
      - Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in clinical documentation or a similar role
      - General knowledge of office procedures and operations
      - Strong communication skills in both oral and written forms, with proficiency in data entry
