      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct comprehensive coding audits to ensure accurate risk-adjusted coding
      - Partner with clinicians and care teams to enhance understanding of risk adjustment principles
      - Identify and correct coding discrepancies impacting risk scores and quality metrics
      - Develop and deliver training sessions on documentation best practices and coding
      - Collaborate with population health teams to track coding completeness and identify trends

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Registered Nurse (RN) with current license plus 4 years of inpatient clinical experience, or
      - Coding professional with CCS certification and 6 years of inpatient coding experience
      - Strong knowledge of ICD-10-CM, HCC models, and CMS risk adjustment guidelines
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
      - Experience in auditing and clinical documentation review within a healthcare environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Certified Professional Coder (CPC) or Certified Risk Adjustment Coder (CRC)
      - 2 years of experience in Risk Coding or provider education in a billing coding role
