      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct comprehensive coding audits and identify improvement opportunities in documentation and coding
      - Partner with clinicians to enhance understanding of risk adjustment principles and improve documentation practices
      - Develop and deliver training sessions on documentation best practices and coding accuracy
      - Perform detailed reviews of provider documentation to ensure accurate ICD-10-CM code assignment
      - Collaborate with population health teams to track coding completeness and prioritize high-impact patient cohorts

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Registered Nurse (RN) with current license plus 4 years of inpatient clinical experience in relevant areas or
      - Coding professional with CCS certification and 6 years of inpatient coding experience
      - Strong knowledge of ICD-10-CM, HCC models, and CMS risk adjustment guidelines
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
      - Experience in auditing and clinical documentation review within a health plan or value-based care environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Certified Professional Coder (CPC) or Certified Risk Adjustment Coder (CRC) certification
      - 2 years of experience in Risk Coding and provider education
      - Experience with clinical quality measures and evaluation
      - Familiarity with ACO operations and documentation policy updates
