What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Coordinate and confirm student placements for the Accelerated BSN program, ensuring compliance with university partner and facility requirements
- Maintain and update site information in the Exxat system while supporting site relationships
- Cultivate long-term partnerships with site administrators and preceptors to increase program capacity
- Facilitate student-site interviews and onboarding processes in collaboration with clinical education teams
- Monitor and communicate clinical placement agreements and requirements with all stakeholders
What is Required (Qualifications):
- College degree or 2+ years of relevant experience
- Strong organizational and data management skills across technology, healthcare, or education sectors
- Understanding of clinical placements in healthcare education
- Ability to work effectively in a diverse, multi-cultural environment
- Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and time management skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with nursing student placement processes and clinical education requirements
- Experience with regulatory and/or accreditation policies
