- Community Engagement Management: Monitor daily discussions across assigned clinician networks to maintain high levels of engagement, discussion quality, and clinical relevance.
- Collaborate with medical societies, pharmaceutical, and medical device partners to coordinate clinical engagement projects and initiatives.
- Support content development and dissemination to ensure relevant, evidence-based material is accessible to the clinician community.
- Conduct outreach activities such as webinars, workshops, and training sessions to promote platform features and clinical education.
- Track and report on engagement metrics, contributing to continuous improvement efforts.
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams including product, sales, and clinical engagement management to align strategies and optimize user satisfaction.
- Experience & Skills:
- 2+ years of experience in healthcare, clinical operations, or related fields with direct interaction with clinicians.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage diverse healthcare professionals.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate across teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with clinical environments, medical terminology, and healthcare industry dynamics.
- Proficiency with digital tools and platforms, with an aptitude for learning new technology quickly.
- Education:
- Bachelor's degree in life sciences, healthcare, communications, or related field preferred.
- Preferred Attributes:
- Experience working with medical societies, pharmaceutical, or medical device companies is a plus.
- Demonstrated passion for improving clinician collaboration and education.
- Additional Requirements:
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Benefits
Compensation
The base salary range for this position is $65,000-$95,000 annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors such as skills, experience, and location. This role may be eligible for other forms of compensation, including a variable bonus and/or equity awards.About the company
