      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Curate and analyze variants, genes, and gene-disease correlations following ACMG guidelines
      - Draft clinical reports, validate tests, and refine processes as needed
      - Monitor test turnaround times and delegate tasks effectively
      - Assist research and development efforts by presenting findings and insights
      - Ensure compliance with variant nomenclature following HGVS guidelines

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - PhD or MD in clinical medicine, genetics, molecular biology, or equivalent; or a Master's degree with relevant experience
      - Familiarity with American College of Medical Genetics (ACMG) variant curation guidelines
      - 2-4 years of experience in clinical genomics or related fields for Clinical Genomic Scientist II; 4-6 years for Clinical Genomic Scientist III; 7+ years for Senior role
      - Strong understanding of complex variant curation concepts and experience leading projects
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - MB(ASCP) certification
      - Experience in bioinformatics analysis and variant effect prediction algorithms
      - Proficiency in scripting languages
      - Demonstrated ability to train coworkers and improve workflow processes
