Lead. Teach. Innovate. Make a measurable impact on patient care and pharmacy practice.

      Position Summary:
As a Clinical Lead Pharmacist, you’ll serve as both a hands-on clinical practitioner and a departmental leader—supporting patient care, advancing pharmacy practice, and mentoring pharmacy staff. In addition to fulfilling the responsibilities of a Clinical Pharmacist, you'll provide expert pharmaceutical care through clinical services, staff development, education, research, and direct patient engagement. • Deliver comprehensive pharmaceutical care through direct patient interaction and interdisciplinary collaboration

      • Serve as a clinical resource and mentor for pharmacy staff and learners

      • Contribute to teaching and precepting of pharmacy students and residents

      • Participate in general pharmacy staffing and operational support as needed

      • Lead or support quality improvement initiatives, protocol development, and research efforts

      • Collaborate across departments to promote safe, effective, and evidence-based medication use

      • Maintain active involvement in continuing education and specialty board certification

      Minimum Requirements:

      • Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from an accredited program

      • Current Missouri pharmacist license, in good standing with Medication Therapy Services (MTS) designation

      • Completion of an ASHP-accredited PGY-1 Pharmacy Practice Residency or equivalent experience in the relevant practice area

      • ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certification—current or obtained upon hire

      • Attain and maintain Board Certification (BPS) in designated area of practice within 2 years of hire

      Why You’ll Thrive Here:

      • Lead and shape clinical pharmacy practice in a progressive health system

      • Influence medication use policy and patient outcomes through research and innovation

      • Work with a multidisciplinary team committed to learning, quality, and care excellence
