Job Description

- Upon hire: Oregon Registered Nurse License
- Upon hire: In compliance with the Providence Health and Services-OR Human Resources policy #302 Background Checks, a criminal background check is required for this position, based on assigned duties.
- Bachelor's Degree Nursing.
- 1 year Full-time experience in home health or hospice.
- 1 year Full-time experience in home infusion.
- 1 year Full-time experience in discharge planning or care management.
- Experience in home care and in positions that required extensive customer service skills.
