What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the primary clinical contact for assigned post-implementation accounts, ensuring timely responses to inquiries
- Partner with Sales and professional services to develop strategies that enhance customer experience
- Analyze and interpret clinical reports across multiple infusion platforms to improve outcomes
- Create and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive long-term customer success
- Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and develop customer-facing tools and reports
What is Required (Qualifications):
- BSN required
- Unrestricted [RN] nursing license required
- Minimum of 5 years of acute care clinical experience, preferably in infusion therapy or related fields
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM/business automation systems
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in clinical consulting, clinical informatics, or post-implementation support
- Experience in clinical education and leadership
- Familiarity with using Tableau
